It was a pleasure working with you guys. The only problem (although it was not the salespersons fault) was the incorrect key was in the vehicle on delivery and I was stranded at the NCSECU b The only problem (although it was not the salespersons fault) was the incorrect key was in the vehicle on delivery and I was stranded at the NCSECU bank and couldn’t get back to your dealership until the correct keys were brought to me. Other than that my sales representative took care of the issue. He and the finance representative were top performers and a pleasure to work with. Yesterday I had an engine warning light to appear after a week of purchase and took my Buick to your service department.
