A one to two hour appointment quickly turned into being there for close to eight hours. They originally misdiagnosed the lack of need to turn of need for brakes. Put new tires on. Went on record and said the alignment took forever because their machine was having issues. The worst part is that after all of this run around, they said they got delayed because they did not have the right lock key for the lugnuts, meanwhile I had it in the toolbox in the truck. When I said that, they said “we don’t want to dig through people stuff”, while when I got in the truck half of the truck was out of place! This included my back seat just completely flipped up. It was one of the worst experiences as a customer anywhere in my life. More

I had my 2018 Tahoe serviced in HUNTERSVILLE and I worked with Cindy, who is fabulous! I waited in the customer lounge and caught up on some work. I was ready to go before it knew it. My experience with the service department was excellent. It was very disappointing that my Yukon started experiencing transmission issues shortly after I purchased it. After the issue was confirmed by th It was very disappointing that my Yukon started experiencing transmission issues shortly after I purchased it. After the issue was confirmed by the service department, I was told that my transmission would be in on 2/19/2024 (a month after I dropped it off). On 2/19, I was contacted by Randy Marion and informed that there would be a delay and it would be several more weeks before the new transmission would be shipped. I was given a number to contact GM to speak with someone about the reason for the delay as well as get a confirmed delivery date. I left a message for the person at GM handling my back ordered part, Katrina on 2/19 and again on 2/21. She never returned my calls. That is unacceptable. That is extremely poor customer service. I will never purchase another GM product. My husband was also shopping for a new truck at the same time I purchased my Yukon and we are currently searching for a used vehicle for our 15 year old son. After our experience with GM (not Randy Marion), my husband refused to purchase a GM product. He has purchased a new Ford. It may not mean much to GM, but my husband spent over 100k on a new truck and will continue to purchase Ford brand trucks for his business. We will also not be purchasing a GM product for our son. More
