The Service Personnel were polite, but they couldn’t duplicate the problems. They offered to have me come in and drive with a Tecnician. I asked “How late are you open?”. He answered 8:00 p.m. I arrived at 6:30 p.m. to take the care for a drive, but was told I was too late. They said there weren’t any Technicians available to go for a drive with me so I could show them the problems. It would have been really nice and helpful for them to tell me so had to be there before 5:00 p.m. to take it for a drive. More
