Justin Ezeji was a pleasure to work with. I pulled in the service drive with no appointment in a Saturday upset. My car would not start in a store parking lot and has to be jumped. I had just had the car in the shop the month before so was frustrated and worried about the cost. He assured me they would look at it right away and sympathized with my frustration. He called 3o min later to let me know it was just a loose battery cable and they fixed it at no cost. I was so relieved and impressed with the customer service. Definitely 5 star service!! Turned my bad day into a great day! More
