Service was. excellent. I called from my office to make appt because dash indicators were saying Check Engine, etc., and they got me in that afternoon. I was ac excellent. I was actually greeted by my service writer, he explained issue, made arrangements for a loaner, so I could get back to work while they made repair. They actually finished quicker than promised. This experience is the best I have had with Randy Marion Service in almost four years if owning this GMC. I will now give them chance to do regular maintenance again. I had totally been unimpressed with the Mooresville Express and Chevy service locations (3-hour oil changes even with appt), Good job! More
