The receptionist was kind and f rude and blunt getting us directed to our appointment. The salesman was nice but not entirely professional, they tried to add a xx surcharge of $880 to the cost of my car alon directed to our appointment. The guy that walked us through all the paperwork was completely unprofessional and had a tactics were nothing but trying to push the sale of their overpriced service plan. I got a great deal on my car, but I drove and hour and a half out of my way to do so. They did not have their stuff together at all on the flow of the expirence. More

I dropped my 2018 Kia Forte off for a computer anti theft update, oil change and cabin filter. I used the shuttle van to get home and the van also brought me back to pick up the car. A full inspection of the car was done and I received a call and decided to just do the cabin filter. The service people are very nice and courteous. A printed list of the inspection with pricing on items needing attention. Everything and everyone was great. More
