Making an appointment was very easy and I was able to get one for the very next day. Dropping off the car was simple and fast. There was shuttle service that picked me up at the dealership within minutes and dropped me off at my home. I was notified as soon as the work was complete. When I picked the car up, it was washed and ready for me, backed into a parking spot. The service advisor, Chris, is a true gentleman, REALLY cares about his customers, and ensures that excellent service is provided. He reviewed everything that was done, talked me through the multi-point inspection that the shop did, and walked me to the cashier to settle up my bill and then walked me to my car. Rolando Garduno is the tech who takes care of my car and he does excellent work. Barry is the shuttle driver and he is great. The facility is clean and very modern feeling. There is a nice waiting area if you need to wait with TVs, coffee, snack machines, WiFi, etc. I know that sometimes Kia dealerships can get a bad rep, but this place is great. I get better service at Randy Marion Kia than I did when I used to have a BMW and took it to the dealership. Now, here is the disappointing thing: they charge a 3% "credit card processing fee" if you use a credit card. They don't charge that for debit cards or cash. I never carry cash and I NEVER type my debit card PIN into anything other than my bank's ATM, so I am penalized financially for paying with my preferred method of payment. Other than that though, great place. More

I had a great experience with sales team , service department and finance management they really worked with me and got me the vehicle I wanted. The service advisor, Ray, was friendly, in a professional manner. He was very helpful, kept me informed of the progress. Ray also let me know what is recommended for the next visit. My suggestion, with does not deal with the workers, is for Randy Marion to have a password on their guest Wi-Fi connection. More
