Really I like the new dealership I think Randy Marion is really trying hard to make customer service 100%. However I feel like times are hard money wise! I feel they need to offer service specials on preventative maintenance like oil changes and 60,000 MI and 100,000 Mi service packages where they do a lot of different things. I think like change plugs do belts and fluid specials like oil and transmission and flush and replace antifreeze type specials. I think their prices are way too high for the average customer buying Kia products. Most customers that are with Kia are budget minded consumers who can't afford dealership prices on service. More
Denise Powers was awesome she stayed with me and helped me find everything that was needed for financing. Mechanic left bolts loose and out on brake caliper. Had car 2 weeks to do a few hour job. Way too expensive. Car drives worse now then did before taking here for repair. Messed up rocker panels on car because car was put on lift wrong. Did not fix. Did not really even acknowledge it when brought to their attention. Very unsatisfied with this dealership. Thought when name changed service might as well It has not. Possibly worse. I no longer feel safe driving this car. Work performed was suspension work. If they left bolts our of brake caliper, what else is missing bolts or loose and waiting to fall apart and cause an accident. Definitely will nor receive any more business from me More
Sales and finance people are great. However service could improve. While waiting for a write up for a recall they closed the door in front of us while taking care of 3 other customers However service could improve. I would have given 5 stars EXCEPT for the shuttle service. I got there at 8:25 expecting to be able to get to work (3 miles away) by 9:00 am. At about 9, I was told the shuttle had gone on a long run service. I got there at 8:25 expecting to be able to get to work (3 miles away) by 9:00 am. At about 9, I was told the shuttle had gone on a long run and would not be back for at least 30 minutes. I don't think the shuttle should be going on long runs during prime commuter time - during the prime commuting time, it should stay in town and close to the dealership so those of us who need a quick ride to work can get it. I ended up having to uber which cost $10 and then having a friend bring me to the dealership to pick up the car. My service person was not listed so please ignore the star rating I gave for the random service person listed. More
