Can someone please explain to me why it took 2. 5 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation and change a few filters. I arrived at the dealership at 8;20 checked in at 8:30 for my 8:30 appointment an 5 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation and change a few filters. I arrived at the dealership at 8;20 checked in at 8:30 for my 8:30 appointment and at 9:40 my car was still sitting at the same place it was when I checked in. The service advisor was very nice and professional and told me they were busy but that's why I made an appointment a week in advance. More
