The reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 was for the man that did my trade in appraisal I know no one gets the full "today" sales price" for a trade in, but this man did a highway robbery. I could have turned the offer down, but I did not and still think about this today. Nightmare. (Gave me 13500 & posted it for sale for over 20000 Merry Christmas to them. They gave me some kind of song & dance & I had just had the car worked on for that very reason just 3 months earlier AT THEIR dealership.???.
