I was having trouble with the trunk of my 2018 Kia Forte. The trunk would not close without me slamming it a bunch of times. It would also only open sometimes with remote. I called on a Saturday morning thinking they will probably have to order a part. I was leaving on vacation the next day so I had both seats down in back so I could access the trunk. I explained this to the service person. I was told to bring my car in and they would at least look at it and let me know what’s wrong. To my surprise they were able to fix it! I picked up car later that afternoon and the trunk opened and closed as it should. The trunk release in car worked and so did the remote. To top it off car was under warranty so no charge. All this same day. Exceptional service. I am very satisfied with Gerry Wood service team. Your hard work is appreciated. More
