When we come in for routine service Kyle greets us with a friendly smile and sets us up for what needs to be done. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating Chris keeps us posted on the progress and is knowledgeable about what is covered under the awesome warranty . He gives us every detail about what needs to be done and why. He and Kyle makes sure we are comfortable in their lounge with free popcorn, coffee and Wi-Fi . And they even have a device charger for your use. They also offed shuttle service if you want to don't or cant wait there.Very friendly and helpful. Luanne finishes us up at the office. Walked down there looked around a little more and I must say Obie was not pushy and answered all my questions. Being in customer service myself you are truly there to help customers and make them feel good about choices and some of the largest purchases they make in there life.
