Black Dodge Ram 2500 Mega Cab Purchase i recently got a used dodge ram 2500 mega cab from your dealership and it went along very smoothly. obie was very polite from the start and was very f i recently got a used dodge ram 2500 mega cab from your dealership and it went along very smoothly. obie was very polite from the start and was very friendly and kept a good smooth conversation throughout the entire day of being there. i went in earlier in the day to look at the truck, and i started an evaluation on my car, but i’m 17 and couldn’t finish the evalution, i got Obie’s cell phone number and we made an appointment to go back in at 3 o’clock later in the day when my parents could come after work. after coming back in, we rode around in the truck and obie talked us through the details of the truck and what had been done to it when i had been traded in, such as any repairs and how it had been looked over and evaluated by your mechanics. we got back into his office and talked through the trade in value of my car and worked out a deal very professionally and simple. after getting the deal made, obie even took upon himself to use his own money and completely full up the tank of my truck, out of his own pocket. obie was very professional and we will definitely be using him again if we ever need other cars. i would recommend him to anyone as he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the inventory. thank you gerrywood kia for helping me get my dream truck, i am beyond pleased with my truck and i couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vehicle, i got everything i was looking for, down to the interior colors and stitching of the leather seats. Despite my initial negative review of my car buying experience, I was hopeful that the service side was a little more trustworthy...NOT! Jerry Wood Kia is far from south Charlotte and there are several dealerships before Salisbury but I've never questioned the service. Chris Gurley, the service advisor, knows what he's talking about and the service mechanic, Don, further explained the situation. I've NEVER had a comprehensive experience like this one. Great teamwork! More

Amazing service I have a 2018 Soul that I got in April. It rained cats and dogs one day and water leaked from the back hatch area. I called and asked what I could do I have a 2018 Soul that I got in April. It rained cats and dogs one day and water leaked from the back hatch area. I called and asked what I could do about it. They set me up with an appointment. When I dropped it off for them to find the leak I expected it to take all day or get a call saying they couldn’t find it (my luck), but nope after about 2 hours Chris Gurley called explained what was going on and had already ordered the necessary part. I came pick it up made my appointment to bring it back in 2 days. When I came back for my appointment it was fixed in no time and checked to make sure it wasn’t leaking anymore. Chris even brought the old part and the new part to show me the problem. Then when it was done he walked me to my car! Excellent service I will definitely bring my car back for any service it may need. Thank you!! More
