I bought my car in March, there were several issues, the windshield wiper fluid would not work, the car had a shimmy when I would drive it, there was and is still no key in the fob and the radio,touch scree windshield wiper fluid would not work, the car had a shimmy when I would drive it, there was and is still no key in the fob and the radio,touch screen and air conditioner were not working properly. I got my car back May 30th.Vinnie, my salesman was extraordinary and did everything in his power to make it right.to spend 11,000 on a car and have so many issues right 3 days after purchasing, I was very discouraged and felt I made the wrong choice. I now have my car and everything seems to be in working order. I still have to take it in and get a key cut, that I asked the service manager to do 4 times, he assured me he would have one made. Now I have to purchase it myself..I love Vinnie and he is a very good man and stands behind his word, even though he is on the sales side he went above and beyond! More
