My car needed a part that GM discontinued Thus putting my service technician in a very difficult position. A new part could not be located and I had to settle/accept a used part (Between part and labo my service technician in a very difficult position. Justin about ready to call it quits with GM products Btw my vehicle was a the dealer for THREE weeks during this process!!! Who can be without their vehicle three weeks?????
