I purchased a used Hyundai from Randy Wise after researching the manufacturer; I'd owned Chevy products for the last 20 years or so & with the change in my budget, I needed a car that was absolutely researching the manufacturer; I'd owned Chevy products for the last 20 years or so & with the change in my budget, I needed a car that was absolutely reliable & had stellar performance -- after a lot of research I decided for myself that Hyundai was it. Well, the sales people at Randy Wise were patient, pleasant and answered all my questions, gave me time to make my own decisions without any sense of pressure, and gave me a good deal on top of it. Since then, I've taken my car back for every oil change, tire rotations, the works -- not only do they have an enjoyable atmosphere to wait in, but the service is fast, dependable, and thorough. The sales manager & staff /listen/ to you, they give you reason to come back, and they are completely focused and dedicated to excellent customer service each, and every visit. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a Hyundai or a used car in the Genesee County area, not only for the car itself but for regular maintenance or service. I've worked in customer service for nearly 15 years now, and I can say with full honesty I'm a huge critic of good customer service because that's my area of work, and I expect to be treated just like I treat every one of my own customers; Randy Wise meets these expectations, continually. Facility, showroom, clean, inviting, staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, vehicles displayed for easy access and review, no pressure from sales staff to purchase, staff worked with me to choose the best warmly upon arrival, vehicles displayed for easy access and review, no pressure from sales staff to purchase, staff worked with me to choose the best fit for my needs, price negotiation was straight forward, fair and clear, business manager was well prepared and effient, all aspects of operation of the vehicle were explained, car was delivered in great condition, follow up by service department offering their service and help, follow up by owe asking about my experience.
