almost 60 years young and my first car after working 8yrs to get out of debt ,since the death of my husband,and having no car ,Rath Auto was amazing .I've been looking for about a year at d after working 8yrs to get out of debt ,since the death of my husband,and having no car ,Rath Auto was amazing .I've been looking for about a year at different dealerships ,I was so nervous about buying a car ,this is something that my husband always took care of ,and I was a bit skeptical that I may be taken advantage of, with little to no knowledge as to what the full process of buying a car entailed.,the gentleman that helped me,Billy Adkins ,was so helpful and understanding .He answered all my questions and made sure I was completely happy with the options and choices that were available for me.Everyone that helped me went ,as I felt ,above and beyond to take of my needs in get me into my very first car!!!! ( to buy on my own ).As I was about to leave ,I met Mr. Rath ,who wanted to make sure before I left that I had been taken care of and was happy with my new car and how I had been treated and thanked me for my business and assured me,that they would continue to take care of my future needs. Excellent! I had been car shopping for about 3 weeks and Rath was the only place that worked with me. SHowed great customer treatment. The salesman Gordon Embree I had been car shopping for about 3 weeks and Rath was the only place that worked with me. SHowed great customer treatment. The salesman Gordon Embree was amazing and i believe went out of his way to make sure that I recieve the car I want. The manager Kirk Myers was so nice and sweet as well trying to help me recieve my car at a great price that I can afford. While I was there the rest of the guys working were so nice and friendly. I walked out happy and with a new car thanks to both of these guys! Love Rath! More

Best of the Best! I get all my car service done at Meineke, but this was my first time visiting Rath Auto Resources. I wasn't set on buying a vehicle, but after going t I get all my car service done at Meineke, but this was my first time visiting Rath Auto Resources. I wasn't set on buying a vehicle, but after going there, I knew i wouldn't go anywhere else. Billy Adkins is awesome. The entire staff was very friendly, but he went above and beyond to get me the vehicle i wanted. I will definitely be going back for all my future service/upgrades. By far the best in the area! More

Best in Fort Smith My daughter was car shopping and we were somewhat skeptical about dealing with dealerships in the Fort Smith area. We have lived here all our lives a My daughter was car shopping and we were somewhat skeptical about dealing with dealerships in the Fort Smith area. We have lived here all our lives and have had prior experience with other area dealerships and I have to say that Rath went above and beyond trying to get her the very best deal. I generally go out of town for my autos, but will definitely keep them in mind when i make future purchases. And my friends tell me they have an excellent garage for general maintenance. thank you Rath. More

Willingness to work I really enjoyed my experience buying a car from Rath Auto Resources. My wife and I visited the dealership with no intention to buy a car. Two hours I really enjoyed my experience buying a car from Rath Auto Resources. My wife and I visited the dealership with no intention to buy a car. Two hours later, they dropped the price on the car we were looking at by $3,000! It was the best price on that specific car we had seen. They really wanted us to get the car we wanted. They didn't even try to push a more expensive car that we didn't like on us. Very pleased with our purchase. I just wish they offered more perks with buying from them such as free car washes and reduced prices on oil changes on cars purchased with them. More
