My mother bought a car from Ken the other day. He and the manager, Billy, were wonderful. They answered all of my mother's questions, nad made sure to include my father, who recently suffered from a stroke, manager, Billy, were wonderful. This is significant because my dad still has trouble speaking, and a lot of people tend to just focus on mom, which leaves dad feeling left out.
