Greatest sales person I have ever dealt with I met Mr. Stefano when I called Ray Catena Lexus and scheduled a test drive with the I S 300 and the ES 350 F sport. When I got to my appointment I I met Mr. Stefano when I called Ray Catena Lexus and scheduled a test drive with the I S 300 and the ES 350 F sport. When I got to my appointment I made it clear to Mr. Stefano I was only there to test drive the car because my lease on my BMW 528X I was up end of June 2019. Mr. Stefano said he understood we test drove the cars he explained everything the cars had and the models what they came with a very knowledgeable and kind person. After we test drove the cars we sat down for a few minutes he asked me some questions I gave him the numbers I could’veaffored what I was willing to pay and how many months , I realized I was better off waiting till my lease was up Mr. Stefano understood he said he would work on the numbers if something came up he will give me a call, I was not bothered at any time nor did he call constantly he called me in the middle of February knowing my lease was up in June, he asked me to come in he had worked something out he wanted to see if it met my needs. I went back to the dealership with my wife so she can look at the cars she told me which one she liked I told Mr. Stefano i promised him i would be back the next day . He definitely won my wife over with his kindness and his willingness to meet our needs. The next day I came in the numbers were right and I bought the car. Which I still cannot believe because we were positive we were going to lease another BMW. I can only say thank you for a great experience Mr. Stefano . Thanks. ARMANDO More
