Superb service & staff (Mindy:intake; Brian: service mgr; Ron (service foreman). I avoid the closer local Lexus dealership (only 4 mi from home) for the more distant Catena dealership (84 miles). This says s Ron (service foreman). I avoid the closer local Lexus dealership (only 4 mi from home) for the more distant Catena dealership (84 miles). This says something about the service & price to warrant the dealer preference & travel time!! More
