I had called and spoke with Luke Albrink and the deal we had discussed over the phone was the exact deal he had ready for me when I came in. The exterior color and interior I wanted was not available in their inventory but Luke was able to locate it at another Ray Catena Lexus dealership and had it delivered for me. Luke is such a wonderful salesman, very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process was so smooth and easy. My previous lease was with BMW and I am happy I went with Lexus this time around. Finding that right vehicle at the right price has always been difficult and stressful. But with one phone call from Luke Albrink, without ever meeting him or seeing the dealership, I somehow felt that Ray Catena Lexus Monmouth was exactly where I wanted to make my lease deal on a Lexus NX300. Luke and I discussed the vehicle that I wanted and where I wanted my payments to be. Within that hour, the deal was made and all I had to do was pick my colors. Luke's outstanding customer service and professionalism helped make my car buying/lease experience fun and easy. It still amazes me that in less than 1 hour and several phone calls with Luke, I had a new Lexus NX300 waiting for me. Luke also reassured me that the 70 miles I had to drive to pick up my car was going to be worth it. And he was absolutely right.
