Michael checks in frequently to make sure that everything is going smoothly and he calls every year on the anniversary of the sale of our previous GXs to make sure that we are still happy with the vehicles. In each instance I have been exacting in the model, color, and equipment that I want on the vehicle. Mike has been patient with me and goes out of his way to get me exactly what I want.
