Our Sales persons name is Ryan Herzenberg, he was AMAZING !!! no pressure, He is very knowledgeable of the lexus, very nice. We have never experience anything like this. my husband and I have purchased many cars throughout the years and anytime we went to a dealership I would get a knot in my stomach, you had to be on your guard because of the wheeling and dealing . NOT THIS PLACE :) ... We recommend anyone looking to buy a Lexus to please go to this dealership. WE LOVE our Lexus RX350 !!! More

Oil Change-Terrible Experience Just left here, an absolutely terrible experience. I made an appointment a week ago for a synthetic oil change and am told that it's 79.95, I tell the Just left here, an absolutely terrible experience. I made an appointment a week ago for a synthetic oil change and am told that it's 79.95, I tell the woman I'm speaking with that the website says 49.95, she puts me on hold and says yes that's correct we are running a special right now. I come in today and Jason (I believe) tells me that the oil change is 79.95, I explain that the website states that its 49.95 or 59.95 (I didn't remember as it's been a week) and he says okay I didn't know we were running a special (the website doesn't even say it's a "special"-just says that's the price). Anyway.. I wait for over 2 hours, when I was told that it'd take 1-1.5 hours when I made the appointment. So finally they say my car is done and I get the invoice for $64 and change. I say.. the website says it's $49.95, how is it $64? So then Jason says, I thought you said it was $59.95? I said I wasn't sure if it was 49.95 or 59.95 but I checked when I was waiting and it was 49.95. Then he goes on to say they need to change the price and this and that. He also goes on to say that the "special" probably isn't for the oil my car takes but for 0-20W oil.. I said it doesn't specify this on the website. So they did adjust the price but why should I have to go through all this? The service dept. and it's employees should know the price stated on the website!! Also, you should not just take the higher price of what I said it might be (49.95 or 59.95) without checking for sure yourself! I don't understand the lack of knowledge and care that was exhibited here today with the pricing. Terrible., More

When I went to Ray Catena in Oakhurst for service I was shocked at the treatment I received from my salesperson, Gretzky Fleurant, and the service rep When I went to Ray Catena in Oakhurst for service I was shocked at the treatment I received from my salesperson, Gretzky Fleurant, and the service rep Michael Farrell. They treated me as if I was just as valuable to them as a brand new customer coming in to buy a car. To receive the customer service I did after buying a car there was really refreshing. Those things don't happen very often, if ever. Would definitely go back there to purchase as well as refer friends and family. Much respect for a business run that way. More
