Told them I was supposed to pick a car up from another dealer but it did not have a sun roof and that I passed on that car and that lead me to their dealership. So we worked out a deal and so I had my wife and son and myself drove a hour and a half along with taking a day of work to go get this car and it did not have the sunroof the one I requested and I expressed with my ordeal with the other dealership. When I get there they claim that it was not mentioned to them at all THAT is a LIE!!!!! Did not appreciate being mislead into driving a hour and a half for a car that was not what I expressed that I wanted and then to be told we have other one on lot but they was older models and more mileage as well. Worst experience ever and all I got was a empty apology and a sorry for miscommunication!! There was no miscommunication I clearly stated what I wanted!!! I give them negative start rating if could no compensation for my was offered so 3 hours of my day round trip for nothing. Worst of all the car was a gift for my disabled wife very disappointed to say the least just terrible people!! More
