Ray Haskell...aka “Ray Hasell” Don’t ever buy a vehicle from these crooks. I used to deal with them due to their General Manager, he left and I followed him to his dealership. Coincidentally he found the vehicle I was looking for at their dealership and he tried to line me up with the deal. I walked in to find out the “new vehicle” advertised online with 8 miles really had 2000 miles on it because the owner had driven it and it had coffee stains throughout it with bug splatter on the grill and windshield and mud on the tires...REAL NICE!! To boot they couldn’t honor the deal as predetermined and had nothing ready when I arrived. I listened to them condescend me and trash talk the old General Manager the entire time. To me this is unprofessional, I walked out after sitting in the waiting room for 2.5 hours for something that could be done over the phone in 45 seconds. 0 communication and a loud mouth irritable sales manager...👌! Do not go to ray hassel ford for service, or overpriced parts. Buy the car or truck if you think it is worth it, but do NOT go back for inspection. It's a trick. You will regret ever having been to Ray Hassel ford. You can buy parts online for half of their counter parts prices. Agency mechanics hate their jobs, and work for a fraction of the hourly labor fees and must back up whatever service writers tell the customer. Ask any mechanic. Ray Hassel is the worst of the worst. I pulled in to the Irving station to see my tire going flat, so I called the service department and talked with Steve Dyer, He said he would send a technician down to help me. A young man named Eddie came down with an air tank and put some air in my tire and told me to follow him back to the shop as he could see a screw in the tire. I spent 10 minutes there as they put a plug in my tire and sent me on my way. That it service!!!!! Thank you to Ray Haskell for having such a dedicated, professional. Service Team. The receptionist April offered me a fresh hot blueberry muffin to go when I was leaving. More
