Awful - do not go there Please share ! I took my Honda in to Ray Laks on Southwestern Blvd. in Orchard Park today for an airbag recall . No charge but they did a complimentar Please share ! I took my Honda in to Ray Laks on Southwestern Blvd. in Orchard Park today for an airbag recall . No charge but they did a complimentary 12 point inspection which was fine . The service manager told me I needed a new cabin air filter and he showed me a nest that mice had built ( gross! ) He had my filter on the counter with the nest sitting on top of the filter. I told him I didn’t want to have anything replaced today , just the airbag please. He said ok . A few minutes later they called my name and said I was all set . I thanked him and almost as an afterthought I jokingly said “ You did throw the nest out right ?” I assumed they would have, as it was sitting on top of the filter in the office . He said he couldn’t guarantee that . Wow- ok . Still thought Im sure the service guy threw it out , as a mechanic would not knowingly shove a mouse nest back in with a filter, right ? Wrong! I got home and looked on YouTube to see how hard it would be to check a cabin air filter on my car - surprisingly simple actually!! Here is the picture of the nest that was put back in the car . Unbelievable. I shook out the filter & will be putting a new one in the near future- but definitely NOT at Ray Laks Honda ! More

Wrong the 2nd day I drove of there place showed engines light I went back to the dealership. But service guy was so rude and asking me I have to pay for that engine light checke . And he did not have time for next 12 days . Drove van back and at evening time after work try to start did not start. I tried but could not start . Had to call triple aaa for help. Came home try to start but same thing wouldn’t start called sales guy back but no help. I was out of vehicle for another 10days . When I took van back to the dealership had to call triple aaa again for help to start . Finally took back and got fixed had to wait for a while but got fixed. I never go back to these guys by the way they inserted extanted warty 2295 without telling me at all. Very bad experience never go back to these ripoff people. More

Poor Setvice Dept I bought a used vehicle and within the first week. I called to make an appointment because I could not see the fuel gauge or temp gauge at night. Also the vehicle was pulling to the right Well the service rep said the dash lights worked fine and i disagreed and then he said the vehicle was pulling to the right because of the condition of the tires. well they sold the vehivle that way and they didn’t do anything. They just looked and said it wasn’t their problem even after I sent a picture of the dash taken at night. So they sold me the vehicle and washed their hands and didn’t do a thing. I do not recommend Ray Laks More
