I have long since moved out of state, but occasionally have whatever Honda I own serviced here on visits back to WNY. I previously wrote a positive service review back in 2007 & fast forward to 12/26/2017 that still holds unbelievably true. I brought my Wife’s 2016 Honda Pilot with 40K on it in because every light was illuminated. Seriously, every last light. Jason, Kyle & Steve treated me incredibly well even though I clearly have out of state plates & worked dilligently to get the root cause of the issue. They were kind, compassionate & absolutely willing to do whatever it took to get me back 500 miles home safely. The most impressive part was that Jason remembered my Wife’s issues with not being able to go back to work as scheduled & asked about her. I’ve never been so stunned in my life. I asked him what I could do for him since he went above & beyond for me to which he replied nothing. He absolutely did not ask for any kind of positive review or retribution of any sort. True class act & Ray Laks should feel lucky to have him. Truth be told, he treated me better than my own selling dealer would have. Dave Cloyd More
Service department justifys nonsense May 2016 I bought a 2016 Honda CRV. Was hearing a noise and feeling vibrations. Made an appt with the service department. Came in and they said my calipers had a small amount of rust which there is nothing they do for a small amount of rust and that's what the noise was. One week later we were back at the service department, an hour and 15 minute drive. My front pads were frozen in the calipers and rear Roders scorn and needed replacement. Charged me not on warrenty $120.00 an hour and said Honda just covered the calipers. 20,000 miles on this vehicle. I asked for last weeks work order and they couldn't find it. They said with 2016 Honda CRV that after 20k miles you need lube the slides which is part of normal maintaince at 139.00 per side at 20k miles. More

In the office he was quoting payment 20 bucks more than we agreed on with the salesman. He said it was highly recccomended extra stuff that was making payment more. Shady. We had to argue just to buy the car at what we originally agreed upon. Get your own money from now on!! More

Sells vehicles with bad breaks My Boyfriend purchased a used Honda Ridgeline from Bob three weeks ago. Brought it in because the rear end was shuddering upon acceleration on Thursda My Boyfriend purchased a used Honda Ridgeline from Bob three weeks ago. Brought it in because the rear end was shuddering upon acceleration on Thursday. We were told it was the breaks (one was at 8mm and one was at 5mm) but they changed the fluid in the differential anyways. The mechanics notes say that they diagnosed a pulling/grinding when brakes are applied, which was NOT the original complaint (it was the hopping/shuddering when accelerating) When we picked it up, there were still issues with it and they STILL insist that it is the breaks (this time the roters) and because it was a 'value' car it won't be covered by any warantee. What kind of a dealership a. Can't diagnose a problem correctly and b. Sells a car with bad breaks? I'll NEVER by a car here. More
False pricing to get me into the dealership! The sales agent was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. However, he did not inquire about the super-low internet price I received for this car. In The sales agent was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. However, he did not inquire about the super-low internet price I received for this car. Instead, he kept me there for about 2 hours. Then he told me there was a mistake on the internet price and that the dealer would not honor the price quoted to me. The "new" price was actually higher than the other two dealerships I had gone to. Ray Laks also offered me $400 less on my trade-in than I got from another dealership. If you can, go to Lia in Williamsville. I had the OPPOSITE experience there. More

Nightmare Dealership This dealership owns every bad stereotype of a dealership. They sold us a rental vehicle without disclosing the information, which is against New Yor This dealership owns every bad stereotype of a dealership. They sold us a rental vehicle without disclosing the information, which is against New York state law. We drove it off the lot and 2 days later there was smoke coming from the engine. The salesman shrugged it off as leaves from sitting on the lot. It turned out to be a broken Y joint leaking fluid on the engine. They did repair it and called this "above and beyond" in customer service. Since then, we have owned this vehicle for 9 months and have had 6 repairs on it totaling over $2,500. Everything from a computer gear, to an ignition switch, to a gear shifter cable, and 3 out of 4 calipers all completely shot. They must have missed these on their inspection. We have a paper trail of complaints regarding this sale. I've bought 3 vehicles from them and will never buy from them again. They have no sense of what good business is about. When they tried "to get us out of the vehicle", they offered us a vehicle with a higher payment and longer loan. What a joke of customer service. More
