When I submitted an on-line inquiry, Charlene called me back promptly and immediately made me feel like a valued customer. My salesperson, Mrs. Kathy Pancake, was an absolute delight. She was warm, yet blunt. Honest and hilarious. We bonded over Sci-fi and I was with her when I found out Leonard Nimoy died earlier that day. Sh** got real. She listened, gave advice and sold me exactly what I was looking for. The manager took the time to introduce himself, even though they were having telecom issues that I'm sure were the last thing he needed. I really appreciated that he made the effort to do that. Bobbylee was the most trustworthy money handler I've ever met. He thoroughly explained everything I was signing and put me at ease during what was for me, the most stressful part. All in all, it was a great day. Me and the Mrs. will be back. More
