I was in a car accident in which my car was totaled, and I needed to buy a new one ASAP. I had very poor credit, but had money from the insurance settlement for a down payment. The people at Ray Skillman got me financed without a co-signer, which was unbelievable to me. They also had a huge used car selection, and found the perfect vehicle for me. The sales man was very helpful, and did not pressure me at all. Buying a new car can be scary, and after this experience I am confident that I bought the right car from the right person. More
I purchased a 2005 Buick Rendezvous from in Juy of 2011. I have been happy with the car but was not very happy with the sales process or the way I was treated. I had received a mailer from them saying that I have been happy with the car but was not very happy with the sales process or the way I was treated. I had received a mailer from them saying that they would give me $1000 more than blue book value on my 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. After I brought it in and they gave me a trade in price, I went shopping. When I chose to go with an older car, all of a sudden they didn't want to give me the trade in value b/c "it would not be a good deal for them". They had a "Certified Used Car" sticker on the windshield and gave me the rigorous checklist the car went through to get such a badge. After I brought it to my mechanic, he said that the transmission fluid had not been flushed. Again they were annoyed when I held them accountable to completing the "certification" before I purchased the car. The experience left me frustrated enough to the point that I did not think I would go back there. Then I got a mailer a few weeks ago saying that they are in need of 2005 Buick Rendezvous' and would make a competitive trade in offer of $8,050, plus they would provide an ADDITIONAL $9000 off select new vehicles. There was a little handwritten note from Joe Beck that said, "Isaac, $8050 for your trade" Of course, I didn't expect them to deliver on the advertised promise (especially w/ an * that states "we are not responsible more misdirected offers"). But since it's 5 minutes from my house I thought I would take 20 minutes to check in. So I first asked them to see the select vehicles they were giving $9000 off. No one really knew what that meant, and said it was a discount available on top of the line GMC trucks if you have a family member that works for GMC. I brushed that off and asked them to tell me what they would give me for my trade so we could start there. They came back with $6000. I asked the guy if that was any more competitive of an offer that I would get if I had walked off the street without a mailer telling me that they were willing to give me $8050 for my trade. For the first time, someone was honest with me and said "no, it's just a mailer to get you in the door". After the consistent deception and aggressive sales tactics they employ I will not recommend anyone trust them with their time, trade-in, or money. I also noticed that they offer incentives for folks who leave positive reviews on this site. So I can only assume that the reviews are skewed in their favor. More

It wasnt like other places were they gave you 2 options and said pick one.He did a wonderful job.I have already recommended for a few friends to go see him.Kathy was also wonderfull she made balloon animals and flowers for my kids. Kathy also went on a test drive with me so I was more comfortable driving around in a city I didnt know.I just dont think they realize how much they did for me and how much it ment. More

My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles from this location. We have always dealt with Kathy and Ray, and will continue to do so. The team helps you find a car that is going to be right for you and also that you can afford. ALL the staff were very helpful, answering all my questions, and very willing to negotiate terms. I have to say I am astounded at the deal I received today. Once you do business with this dealership, you will never want to go any where else. I can not recommend them highly enough!! I purchased a 2009 Pontiac G8 GT from this dealership on Thursday September 20th, 2012. I had been in contact with "Charlene" who is not listed on this employee list. Charlene answered what questions she co Thursday September 20th, 2012. I had been in contact with "Charlene" who is not listed on this employee list. Charlene answered what questions she could, and "forwarded" questions that she couldn't to Dominic. I got an initial phone call from him, then did not hear another word from him until the day I picked up the car. I was trying to sort out a trade in, and was told I would be called back, but never was. I again contacted Charlene to inquire about the trade in and I was again "forwarded" to Dominic whom I never heard from. I notified Charlene by email the night before I came to pick up the car, but when I arrived I was told that the main key was "in a salesman's pocket who isn't working today". This is unacceptable to me, if the employee made a mistake he should have brought the key back on his own time. Dominic said that he would overnight the key to me Fedex the next morning, Friday September 21st. I did not have the key or any word about it on Monday September 24th so I emailed Charlene. She emailed back and informed me that the key was "on it's way via FedEx". I waited until the key finally arrived today, Thursday September 27th. On the FedEx package it says that the ship date was Wednesday September 26th. So basically I was told it shipped just to "shut me up" since I had been inquiring about the key. Unacceptable. Price was great and I'm in love with the car, it's unfortunate my experience ended how it did. Awful customer service aside, Dominic and Charlene were very pleasant and nice people! More
