Great treatment and everyone was very courteous. I was very impressed with all of your employees, but I was a little overwhelmed with Walt. He was courteous, but like any financial person, felt pushed by him. I have just got out of Clearvista Rehab Center for several issues for physical therapy problems and just came home. I was trying to do things on my own and when I brought the paperwork home, my son went off. He then called his sister and let her know what Walt sold me. She did call Walt and spoke with him. Needless to say, she had thing to say to him (she was a bank manager with Chase in Atlanta). Gary was wonderful in all aspects. I would like a copy of the service they did on my car on 12/26/2018. Thank you for your concern. More

Great Customer Service by Josh I met with Josh as soon as I walked through the door. He was very helpful and found what I was looking for. I came in with a truck that I had received from this same location in March of 2017. Josh found a 2015 Equinox. Pulled it up and took it for a test drive. I told Josh that I really liked this vehicle. He did some digging and of course, offered me something to drink while I was waiting. And then.......You ready? Let's get your paperwork done! Long time customer My family and I have been taking our cars to this dealership for a long time. After a bad experience with one of our cars dying 2 weeks after putting My family and I have been taking our cars to this dealership for a long time. After a bad experience with one of our cars dying 2 weeks after putting a good amount of money in it we were told that they would help us out in terms of recouping the money that we payed in the repairs. I feel as though they did not quite meet their promise of helping us out as they said they would. But, outside of that the customer service was good, Kyle was nice and accommodating and willing to work with us to get us in the right car. Tony was great in working finances with us and getting us into the right monthly payment. We also worked with one other person and I feel bad that I can not remember his name (former shelbyville cop), but he is one that took us on the test drive and he was awesome. Although we did not work with Jason Parker on this experiences we work with him consistently and he is always great. More
