Excellent experience with the service department A warning indicator light activated on our Buick Verano. We took our car into the service department on a Saturday without an appointment. Jason conta A warning indicator light activated on our Buick Verano. We took our car into the service department on a Saturday without an appointment. Jason contacted us the same day to explain the necessary work and the need to keep our Verano for a few days. To our surprise, we were called on Monday and told our Verano was ready. The mechanic had worked to make sure we would have the car returned quickly. This was EXCELLENT service. We appreciate the service department and have consistently had great service. I really recommend that they provide a quick car wash when they finish with our s I experienced a decent servicing except for the wait took 2 1/2 hrs. I really recommend that they provide a quick car wash when they finish with our servicing at the dealership. Most others dealerships provide the basic car wash as a courtesy to their clients. I purchased my Sonic from our dealership in 2015. Besides no car wash courtesy, I would recommend this dealership if they could speed up their servicing time frame a bit especially if one scheduled their service ahead of time. More
