Excellent service! I took my Verano to the service department without an appointment due to a tire problem. It was at the close of business. Immediately, Anthony greeted I took my Verano to the service department without an appointment due to a tire problem. It was at the close of business. Immediately, Anthony greeted me in a professional, helpful, respectful manner. He assured me that their department would assess the problem the next day. When he learned that I was planning to walk home, he said that someone would drive me home. The person who drove me home ( I think his name was Dave) was professional and courteous. The next day, I was notified early in the afternoon that the tire problem was resolved. I could not return until service was closed so arrangements were made for me to pick up the car from sales that evening. Consistently, the service at Ray Skillman Northeast Buick is excellent!
