Splash guards installed I had splash guards installed on my 2015 Encore. They said it would take about 2 hours to install. White Glove Service!! Had my car towed to a RaySkillman Mitsubishi and was told they could not service it, that's after paying a diagnostic fee and they would not provide m Had my car towed to a RaySkillman Mitsubishi and was told they could not service it, that's after paying a diagnostic fee and they would not provide me with any sort of transportation, including shuttle service to work. So I called Jasaon at RaySkillman Buick, who usually service my car, but I moved further away from that location, and Jason listened and told me to bring my car to him and he would take car of me. I drove my car to Jason on a Friday and he said he would look at it first thing Monday. Jason also insured that I had transportation to and from work each day. On Monday, Jason called me and informed me of the problem and said it would take four days to fix. Jason also informed me that he was able to get it under the manufacturers warranty and that I would not have to pay the extended warranty deductible. By Thursday, my car was ready as he promised. I can honestly say that Jason gave me the white glove service! This dealership has the best customer service (Service Department) from top to bottom. They listen to customers concerns and take it very seriously. Jason, you really took care of me and I really appreciate everything! More

Luckily the turn off I chose was the one where Ray Skillman is located. The service department was very busy finishing up there Friday, yet they took the time to not only diagnose my car, but they fixed it to. Within a reasonable time I found myself back on the interstate and safely at home by nightfall. I am so grateful for these wonderful gentlemen. More
