I had a oil change/tire rotation appointment scheduled for 10:30 today. I arrived at the service department at 10:25 to what seemed to be a very busy service department. I was met by a service employee an for 10:30 today. I arrived at the service department at 10:25 to what seemed to be a very busy service department. I was met by a service employee and communicated that I had a 10:30 appointment and was informed service was running 1hour 15 minutes behind. At this point I told the service employee I could not wait that long and was not offered to reschedule later in the day or maybe the next day. I would suggest if your customers have an appointment time and your service department knows they may be running behind, they might call to reschedule for a later time or next day.
