Amazing Experience! We were extremely upside down in our vehicle. Every dealership we went to told us there was nothing they could do. Our last stop was Raymond (being because it was a far drive). The only mistake I have was not going to them sooner. They made us feel so welcomed and were the only dealership willing to help us in our situation. They not only got our payment where it needed to be but they also got us driving home in our dream vehicle which we didn’t think was possible. Our salesmen was Gary Collins, the manager was Eli, and the finance guy was Ed. I have nothing but amazing things to say about every one of them. Gary even gave our kiddos money for ice cream for behaving through the whole process. We will definitely be going back to them for future car buying. You guys are amazing! Thanks again Raymond! More
They will spam you I bought a car here 3 years ago. About a year ago, I start getting email spammed from them, trying to get me to buy another car. Emailing me was fin I bought a car here 3 years ago. About a year ago, I start getting email spammed from them, trying to get me to buy another car. Emailing me was fine, but several months ago they started calling me about once a month, on my cell phone, which is the number I used when I bought a car from them. I told them no and to remove me from their list, but I guess they do not care what I want. They must be pretty desperate for sales if they are bugging customers from 3 years ago. Totally turned me off. I will purposefully avoid them on my next car because of this. Reported them to the do not call website several times, but figured I would share my experience here since they just called me again, minutes ago. Avoid this place. The original sales experience wasn't even that great. I remember a small grungy showroom with a pushy, fast talking salesman. More

This is the 3rd Kia I have purchased though Raymond Kia. 2 of them have been with Libby w Libby IS My go to salesperson when my family needs a car. This is the 3rd Kia I have purchased though Raymond Kia. 2 of them have been with Libby within the past year. She has been so helpful and goes above and beyond with patience and honesty and sometime a little humor that makes you feel comfortable. She made the entire process as painless as possible and NEVER rushes me into a decision. Libby worked with me to help find exactly what I was looking for and does not waste your time with games. Any questions I have I am able to text Libby and she responds immediately. That's customer service at its finest. No surprises - everything fast and as promised I was very pleased with my purchase of a Kia Sedona from Raymond Kia. They did not have the specific car I wanted so I test drove at another dealershi I was very pleased with my purchase of a Kia Sedona from Raymond Kia. They did not have the specific car I wanted so I test drove at another dealership. I came in contact with Raymond Kia via trucar and was helped by Gary Collins. I explained what I wanted and he found me a van (with help from another salesperson Erica and sales manager Mike- thanks!). While they evaluated my trade in we settled on a price (better than what truecar offered). I went home about lunch. I received a call a few hours later that they had the car on their property - Gary had gone and retrieved it - it had been about 30 miles away. We arranged for me to take the car home that day as a loaner and I came back the next day to complete all of the paperwork to purchase the car. I had told them I wanted to prearrange all of the financing office stuff (warranty/terms/etc) to shorten the finance office time when my spouse came in. I still had to go through all of the options with the finance guy, but when we returned later to sign everything they were true to their word and had us in and out in 15 minutes. The service has been excellent and fast every step of the way, but one example stands out to me. When I had the van as a loaner overnight, it had been given to me with less than ¼ tank of gas, which I used while driving it. I filled it up. The next day when I bought the van I was told the van should get a full tank of gas - but I had already filled it up. A lot of dealers would have been oh well. But Raymond Kia said come back later when it is empty and they'll give me a full tank. They kept that promise and I have no reason to doubt they be there to help me in the future should I need it. More
