Libby Vega is awesome!! Shopping for a car is never really pleasant when your credit isn't great and don't have much for a down payment. We went to two other dealerships before coming to Raymond Kia. We were tired and cranky and about ready to give up when we met Libby Vega. No pressure, down to earth, honest and knowledgeable. We test drove many, used and new. The entire team worked really hard to get us approved for the car we really wanted. They were all really patient, understanding and helpful. Next was the finance department, Caesar was super, he was one of the friendliest finance people that I’ve ever met, he was on top of everything and explained everything very well and made the process go smooth. Last but not least was Tim he was the technology specialist and helped get my OnStar going in my vehicle and showed me how everything works,Tim was very informative and knew everything about the vehicle features and how to use them.
