Hi yawl, I’m returning for a review of Cory at the Service Department at Raymond Kia, Antioch Illinois. I ask this young man CORY at the Kia service department about the engine knock my engine had. He felt I should be concerned and promptly called a dealer Joe Schustteff, and he assisted me in a purchase of a vehicle that I now trust! I feel safe again!! Cory will be my go to service consultant with my new purchase!! I Trust him!! Thank You Cory!! Tony, my Sales Manager honored a request (money for my newish tires!) I always have new tires when I traded in the past. Tony is the first to grant my request!! I’m extremely thankful for that small request I had. He applied money to my deposit per my request a small gesture that made the dif for me!! I’m stubborn too! Thank you again to all involved.
