Decided to trade my car for a new 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo. The Turbo model was new for 2013 and from reading the two Veloster Forums, I found the car had been in great demand. After searching Cars.com Turbo. The Turbo model was new for 2013 and from reading the two Veloster Forums, I found the car had been in great demand. After searching Cars.com and Autotrader.com I found about ten within 100 miles of my home. I didn't want black or Boston Red and I needed an automatic. I was now down to three available. One in Cocoa Beach, over 100 miles away and the other two were at Red Hoagland in Winter Haven and a dealer in Lakeland. The Lakeland dealer had horrible reviews and some customers even warned to stay away or don't buy there. So my first choice was Red Hoagland, who had extremely good feedback. I called the stores '800' number to confirm the car was in stock and Tom of internet sales was very friendly and helpful. Tom even took the phone outside to the car and answered any questions I had. Two hours later after driving about 80 miles down Hwy 27 I arrived at the dealer and looked for Tom. He immediately put me in contact with salesman Fran DiMichele. We looked at the car and all got in and took a test drive of about 5 miles. This confirmed that I wanted this car. Before leaving home I had checked Edmunds.com website for the price I should pay and the trade-in value of my car. Even though I had read on the two Veloster websites that many dealers were charging above MSRP for the car because of the short supply and demand, Red Hoagland dealership matched the Edmunds price of $22,600, when the sticker price was $23,725. After the appraiser drove my car, a 2011 Mazda 3 Hatchback Grand Touring, Fran said the my trade was worth $16,500. I mentioned the Edmunds price for my car was $16,800. Fran left for no more than a minute and retured to say we had a deal. Great dealership, great salesman, great selection, I only wished I lived closer to Winter Haven. More
I have purchased four (4) vehicles from Fran DiMichele at Red Hoagland. He will always go the extra mile to get you the best price possible. I would not even consider purchasing a vehicle from another Hyunda Red Hoagland. He will always go the extra mile to get you the best price possible. I would not even consider purchasing a vehicle from another Hyundai dealer. The dealership is first rate from the ownership , service department and finance department. All the sales people are knowledgeable and always willing to assist you. I would highly recommend this dealership. I do negotiating for a living so I am not considered an easy customer. If you do your research and understand what you are talking about you will receive your best price here. The four (4) cars I have purchased from Red Hoagland are a Genesis, Equus, Veloster and Veloster Turbo. More
Why? I was so glad to be treated so professionally. The Veloster was just introduced here in the USA, Nathan called me when a vehicle I could test drive was brought in. I did drive it and was so impressed. Veloster was just introduced here in the USA, Nathan called me when a vehicle I could test drive was brought in. I did drive it and was so impressed. He then contacted me by phone so I could pick a color and options, lo and behold the next day he found one and brought it to the dealership with a "hold" for me (as I could not get there that day" the next day I arrived with checkbook in hand, drove the car, paid for it. I have been smiling since that day. Have had the car now for over one month and absolutely love it. Should you need a new Hyundai, please contact Nathan, his product knowledge, and follow through and customer service is/was par excellance. More

A very bad experience with this dealer - they are not trustworthy and treat their customers very very badly. The worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with in my entire life Maybe the trustworthy and treat their customers very very badly. The worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with in my entire life Maybe the owner of the company doesn't realise how his employees behave towards their customers ... if he did then surely he would fire some of them!! He seems impossible to reach ... I wonder why!! Go elsewhere to buy any vehicle ... there are better choices to to be made than this dealership In my opinion, they are dishonest and disreputable After further research it seems that many people have suffered a similar terrible time in dealing with them More
I purchased a used car from Red Hoagland. A month after I bought the vehicle, as I was sitting in my car I noticed a small amount of black tape applied to the glass in the MPH/odometer area. Upon peeling off bought the vehicle, as I was sitting in my car I noticed a small amount of black tape applied to the glass in the MPH/odometer area. Upon peeling off the tape, I was appalled to find that beneath the black tape was the "service engine" light which was LIT. I then took my car into Red Hoagland and confronted a sales manager with my finding who then explained to me that "sometimes when people trade in a car, they put tape over service lights in order to get a better deal on a trade in". If I am to believe this story, that would mean this car passed their "full inspection" with tape still intact over the engine light. I find it unbelievable that a dealer who knows that these tactics exist, would not look for tape over service lights BEFORE they buy a trade-in and BEFORE they resell it. They offered to service the car at 50% of cost, yet they were 100% at fault. I declined, i do not trust them to service my car in an honest manner. More
