I purchased 2022 Nissan Pathfinder two months ago and I was told when pick up the plates for my vehicle that my second key fob would be there and that didn't happen so I went back and talked to one of the was told when pick up the plates for my vehicle that my second key fob would be there and that didn't happen so I went back and talked to one of the managers and they told not able to help me with nothing so I went ahead and made a complaint through the BBB and I finally got through and talked to Mr Donovan my sales guy and told me that send him a copy of the receipt when I purchase a second key fob for my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder and then we're going to reimburse me until this day I still haven't heard nothing I'm not sure if they just lie to me or what is going on just be aware when you purchase a vehicle from here get everything in writing More

Terrible Service Center Took my car into the service center of the dealership, which happens to be where i purchased this car and have never taken anywhere else for service. Upon the return of my car after a routine oil change Friday April 21, i had scuff marks on the drivers side and paint damage to my passenger side. I called two advisors over to report the damage and both gave me shoulder shrugs as though nothing was wrong. I stated this was not there when i brought the vehicle in and was asked what did I want to do. I stated I had a funeral I needed to be at so a rental would be sufficient. I was told they could not arrange that. So i asked for a loaner, i was not offered a loaner, I asked for it. Eddie stated he doesnt have any available. So again I offer a solution to the trouble THEY have caused me and state so call me when it is available to remedy this issue. He begrudgingly agrees and scribbles on my oil change statement and sends me on my way. I called Eddie later that day as well as the dealership manager Michael Ackels and left a message requesting a call back from the general manager. Eddie called me back stating the manager told him to call me. Not once has this illusive manager called back. Within 24 hours or so my car is ready and upon its return, not only is it, dirty, it wreaks of body odor, but the gas tank is on empty. Eddie hands me my keys and asks "is that it?" No apology no remorse, and one scuff mark is still left on my car. I will do everything I can to avoid returning to this dealership and will never recommend them. More

Sadly you don't find this out until you're in the financing office and signing all your paperwork so you can take your car home. It is towards the end of the 'packet' of papers to be signed. It is a paper called an "Arbitration Provision" form. It states that you cannot take Red McCombs dealerships to a jury trial, ever, if they refuse to fix a problem with one of their vehicles. It states in all caps on the last paragraph last sentence: " THE PARTIES KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY RIGHT THEY HAVE TO A JURY TRIAL." Meaning, that if you go through mediation because of a lemon that you bought at their dealership, and that mediation does not end in an agreement, you cannot take them to court with a jury to decide your case as is your Constitutional Right given to you by the government of the USA. And they think that because "everybody's doing it" is a good enough reason for you to give away your Rights to legal action, if needed at any point that you own the vehicle. Their excuse is that it's wrong that 'we' would think that they as a dealership/business should give up their rights and protections against litigation. If you value your Constitutional Rights as a citizen of the United States of America- I warn you DO NOT BUY a vehicle from ANY Red McCombs dealership, PERIOD! More

Bought a Mazda5 minivan used with 6K miles. Price was great. I specifically asked why the price was low. Their response was because they were trying to sell it fast. I noticed one of the sliding doors wa great. I specifically asked why the price was low. Their response was because they were trying to sell it fast. I noticed one of the sliding doors was sticking and assumed it was a bad bearing. I took it to the Mazda dealer for warranty repair and they said it wasn't covered because of a previous collision. When I went back to the dealer to ask for assistance 45 days after purchase, Brian (McCombs Superior sales manager) still swore that the car had never been in a collision. Then, he told me if it had been in a collision, it was when I owned it. I didn't ask them to take the car back or to a complete repair job, I only asked that they fix it so my door would open and close. They flat out turned their back on me. I suggest anybody buying a used car from these folks to have it checked out by the manufacturer, DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD. Basically, this comes down to my word against theirs. If I had wrecked it, I would have gotten it repaired right through my insurance company, not tried putting the blame on them. 21 years of military service tought me to do the right thing, apparently, Red McCombs Superior Used cars does not have the same values.
