Beyond the worst I’m going back to Cavender. Not even 1 star Adriana Carreon is the worst person to have at the front desk. She talked back with hand gestures showing attitude. I saw one had customer service. I saw an elderly customer hand money out to one of the male employees as a XMAS gift “bonus” and he accepted the cash. When my vehicle was ready there was caked up marking in my hood which appeared to be dried up coffee. I had just washed my vehicle the day before and they did not bother to clean up their mess. I took pictures for evidence. I will never go back nor recommend RedMcCombs to anyone. I plan on going to Cavender and telling them what a horrible job you people do. I don’t want to ever own a Vehicle from this man again! Not worth a rating of 1 star. More
