Well I wasn't very happy with the customer service. The advisor was rude, the individual that led me back to pay was rude. Not sure of his name but he was wearing all black and was a black man. One issue i have is I dropped my vehicle off and it had no issues of a battery going bad, I get called saying I need a battery and it won't hold a charge. It felt as if it was an excuse to get me to pay 256$ for a battery. I brought a battery for the vehicle. I just had elbow surgery yesterday and I advised the individual I have the battery and mind you I'm wrapped up an have one arm. He tells me to bring the battery to the back stall where my cars at. I told him I couldn't carry it, and he appeared annoyed he had to get it. Once my car was done, it stayed at the back stall. I had to go back there and get it. I had to have my daughter pick up the old battery since they didn't have the common sense to put it in the trunk or wait for me to get the vehicle. I figured someone would have brought it to the front for us and I didn't have to go back to the shop bay to pick it up. I usually don't complain but that was ridiculous. You can absolutely tell the lack of maturity and respect that particular team has due to their age. I was not satisfied with their service. More

I bought my Santa Fe at this dealership and have had all of my service done there. I had a blowout and immediately drove to your service department. Hyundai red McCombs NW has had my vehicle there for over 6 weeks for an engine repair. They were very secretive with not mentioning costs for labor and extensive measures to diagnose issues with the engine. 6 weeks for an engine repair. They were very secretive with not mentioning costs for labor and extensive measures to diagnose issues with the engine. Not to mention that Hyundai does not specify whether engine replacements will be covered or not until after doing the labor. The service manager was also not helpful at all and had a non caring attitude throughout. More
