Initially told me it would take two weeks to look at my vehicle, even after I explained the issue was related to the work that was just done on the vehicle recall. I dropped off the vehicle, had to get a rental because there is no loaners and 2 hours after I dropped it off they said they got the chance to look at it and there were bolts that were missing from the recall work. My car was burning oil…. So I wasted money on a rental that all could have been avoided through quality of work. More

I supposedly had a 10:00 AM appointment for service on my new 2024 Sante Fe. I made it to my appointment on time; however my vehicle didn’t get into the service bay until about 45 minutes later. This doesn new 2024 Sante Fe. I made it to my appointment on time; however my vehicle didn’t get into the service bay until about 45 minutes later. This doesn’t sound like having an appointment. After my complementary oil change and tire rotation, the next recommended service time wasn’t programmed in my vehicle. I did it myself. Not a big deal, but a nice touch. More
I scheduled an appointment on line. When I arrived at my time I was told the repair would be at least 2 weeks out. It was a 30 minute replacement of a fuse. Why wasn't the actual time mentioned when I made the appointment? Then I was called to say my car is in the bay and it several "recommended" items were identified. I passed on all of these and stated I was only there to get the fuse replaced. My car wasn't ready until the next day - strange. I called in the morning and after I was on hold for a bit I was told it was ready. As I was at the location picking up my car, I received a call telling me the car was ready. This is not what I expect from a qualified dealer. More

Paid $40k for a Palisade and the Apple CarPlay never worked. Salesman said not to worry as it was certified pre-owned and any repair would be covered. Dropped it off and it took them 3 weeks to determin worked. Salesman said not to worry as it was certified pre-owned and any repair would be covered. Dropped it off and it took them 3 weeks to determine the port was damaged from a spill and would not be covered. There may have been a spill, but it would have been prior to our purchase since it never worked. We had to pay $700 to repair a car we had just bought and only drove for a few weeks. Picked it up and it still doesn’t work. Told to bring it back, but 3 weeks is their standard turn around time and they do not provide loaner cars. Now we have to figure how to go another 3 weeks without a car while they fix it again. Very disappointed in this dealer. More
