Waited 3 and half hours just for an oil change and tire rotation, then charged for the labor of 3 and half hours. Service was good, cannot complain about that. I took it in for regular maintenance and they did a good job. However, when I start the car, there is a "vinegar" smell coming from the air ducts I took it in for regular maintenance and they did a good job. However, when I start the car, there is a "vinegar" smell coming from the air ducts and I asked if they could look at it, I was told that they had an opening to check it out in 2 weeks but that I would have to leave the car with them for the whole 2 weeks so they could look into it. Really? What kind of service is this? More

My service agent was very nice and helpful. I believe my frustrations were out of his control but still frustrating. I came in for maintenance service and added a state inspection. After 2 hours in your waiting room, I was told I could not get the inspection due to a system being down. Two hours for an oil change and system check is too long. Your new waiting area is nice but with an appointment, I don't believe customers should have to wait that long. I drive in from Fredericksburg so my options are limited. I require several recalls but was told I would have to leave the car for a couple of days! Maybe y'all should consider a loner in these situations. My last two cars were an Audi and an Acura and both dealerships offered loaners. It was nice! Good service is key to where I buy a car. So, all that to say, I thought my Gilbert was very nice and as helpful as he could be, but was possibly limited in the service/timing he could provide. Thanks for listening. More
