Red McCombs Hyundai

I expressed cosmetic concerns with a vehicle I was purchasing and was ensured they would be fixed for me, so I went ahead and signed paperwork. At paperwork I was not happy with the interest rate they purchasing and was ensured they would be fixed for me, so I went ahead and signed paperwork. At paperwork I was not happy with the interest rate they gave me and I had to press them to check different banks for a lower rate which of course I could get better. Then I was told that the cosmetic fixes should be done within a couple days. Saturday became Monday, then Monday turned to Friday, then Friday turned to the following Monday. I pick up the car and the paint touch-up looks terrible, the dent repair sub par and they never fixed the windshield. Three weeks later I’m still asking when they’ll schedule me in to fix the windshield and they still haven’t paid off my trade-in which they’ve already had listed for sale. Will never come back to Red McComb’s again nor recommend them to anyone. More

I appreciated Chris who was easy to communicate with my husband through text and phone before we got to the dealership.
