Every time I call they take forever to answer. My first time I had an appointment and the guy was out. I met with a sales person and then was handed to another one. I had to ask somebody else to see if there was a cord available (buying an electric vehicle) because the salesman was saying it didn't come with one. Had to go back because the mirror is not working properly and the trunk is making noise. I arrange to go at a certain time just to be told that I need to come back and leave the car for 2 days for this. Ridiculous. I wanted to get a different car and they wanted to give me $5k less for the car after 5 days. They are a pain to work with. Finally had to wait 6 hours for the whole thing. Very bad service. More

I took my brand new vehicle with 4000 miles to this body shop for repair. Not only did I have to continually show them things that needed to be fixed over and over. When I went to pick it up at the end, th shop for repair. Not only did I have to continually show them things that needed to be fixed over and over. When I went to pick it up at the end, the entire vehicle was coded in overspray. Mind you brand new vehicle. They expected me to be the body shop expert instead of having any type of quality assurance program of their own. This was a terrible experience. It took five months for them to complete my repair. And it was in such terrible shape that I immediately traded it in to get another vehicle because I did not trust the frame repair nor the bodywork that they did. And on top of all that their warranty on body shop repairs is terrible. Go anywhere else, but this place. More
