Collision center performance was and still is detrimental to the overall experience. Communication was poor, inspection and repairs not thorough. No pre or post inspection of the repairs. A lot of empty words that created a bad atmosphere which eventually created unnecessary additional out of pocket cost. Due to the lack of pre \ post inspections the vehicle is still unrepaired. Vehicle Recalls could have been performed or suggested during repairs. More
