I had a really good experience at this dealership mainly because my service advisor Gustavo! He was there the whole time, super thorough, and really knew what he was talking about. Mixed experience here. Huge shout-out to the Body Shop—they were amazing, communicative, and even shared my frustration with how the initial claim was handled. Unfortunately, the Service Department was the complete opposite. They sat on my car for two weeks before transferring it, causing my rental coverage to expire. Additionally I was scheduled for several recall items, one being seatbelts, and I was greeed with the fact that they didn’t have the parts at the appointment (I feel like this could have been a call prior). Also they told me they would reach out to order the parts and schedule me to get in but that didn’t happen at the appointment nor did it happen afterwards. Also I feel like since the person I bought my car from is no longer there, don’t necessarily feel like I have a relationship with anyone at the dealership. All around just an “ok” experience, probably would receive more tailored service getting my oil changed at a generic spot closer to my home, but still coming since it’s a part of my warranty. More
