The numbers that were initially given to us did not add up, and they kept changing and adding fees during negotiation process was more transparent. The dealership confirmed their agreement and we drove 2 hours to the dealership to finalize the documentation Once at the dealership However, the agreement was not honored as they increased the money factor due to the Experian credit score being low, which made no sense since the other 2 credit reporting companies were over 100 points higher than Experian. We were about to walk out, but in.the end, the dealership honored the original agreement and finalized the deal. More
