They normally are good, and are transparent with the customer, meaning they eat up any mistakes. In this case, the price quoted on the website was not honored. That was strike 1. Next, they wanted me to pay for the car before they could hold it for me, not a deposit. But they wouldnt guarnatee it would be in a safe location. Strike 2. They said that when I paid the whole price, the car would be transferred into my name, and the warranty would start right away, so they wouldnt hild off on submitting the paperwork until I could pick up the car so I wouldnt lose out on those few days of warranty. Strike 3. And thats why I took me business elsewhere. More
