There was a relatively small issue as we finalized the lease agreement over the phone. We were so impressed that the dealership promptly honored their online agreement and, in so doing, honored the integrity of the Red McCombs name. Our sales consultant Edward Hernandez and finance director Jason Sawahri were friendly, professional, honest, and competent. This level of integrity, service, and excellence is hard to find these days and we plan to continue doing business with Red McCombs dealerships. More
Service has gone downhill. I showed up early to drop off my car. I had an appointment for that day. Nobody seemed interested in helping me. Very weird. I guess business has been so good, you just don't care anymore. Sad. My rep Amber called when she got in and was very nice. The work performed was very quick and accurate. But, you need to welcome your customers and make them feel wanted if you want my business. More
